Pathways II
Pathways II is one of an ongoing series of original screenprints in tones of vibrant red pink, peach and striking turquoise. The series is inspired by the evolving relationship between gestural mark making and complex colour relationships.
This print will be on show as part of ‘Line, Shape, Form’ exhibition at Chalks Gallery in Lymington Hampshire 28th March- 24th June 2023.
Pathways II is one of a small edition of 10 prints which has been exhibited at the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair in 2021 and Roys Art Fair in 2022.
It is created by over screenprinting layers of transparent and opaque acrylic paint through stencils created from hand drawn marks on drafting film.
The circular print is 40cm in diameter printed on 300gsm soft white Somerset Cotton paper which is approximately 50 x 50cm. Please see photographs for close up detail.
mock up is for illustration purposes only and not to scale.
Prints are carefully packaged and sent in a sturdy cardboard tube. As a result we recommend it is removed from the tube and handled by a professional framer to avoid any accidental damage.
The print is initialled and titled on the front and signed in full on the reverse.
